Telehealth Therapy Across Connecticut
Welcome!
Hi! I’m Shoshana, LCSW, PMH-C. I provide individual therapy for young adults, mothers, and parents navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, parenting, and perinatal mental health. I understand that pregnancy, labor, and parenting can bring deep joy and intense emotional complexity at the same time. Therapy can help you understand how you are feeling, reduce shame, build coping tools, and feel less alone. I would be honored to learn more about your journey.
A reassuring place to begin
Support for the moments that feel heavy, confusing, or hard to name.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. My goal is to make that first step feel approachable. I offer a warm, steady emotional space where you can talk honestly, feel supported, and begin sorting through what you’re carrying.
My work is especially focused on perinatal mental health, parenting challenges, anxiety, and the transitions that often come with adulthood and motherhood.
